Will face-to-face teaching be replaced by online teaching?

This may happen one day, and sooner than we think. Today, there are millions of learners worldwide who have opted for this mode of learning because of its convenience and immediacy.

For Cambridge Delta Candidates

If you have completed your Modules 1 & 2 and are now thinking of following the Teaching learners online, through distance/blended learning (DL) Specialism for your Module 3 Assignment, this is a great course which will steer you in the right direction and offer you support while writing the project. This specialism is suited to most teaching situations as these days, even in a face-to-face course teachers may include online activities during classes or out-of-class.

At the present moment in time, the Covid-19 pandemic has made this specialism highly relevant to thousands of teachers around the world who are teaching mainly remotely.

The course is free for internal candidates following our integrated course but external candidates must pay 600 euros in tuition fees plus the Cambridge assessment fee of about 120 euros at the time of writing this information.

Assignments for Module 3 are 4,500 words in length and must be submitted to the centre in their final draft form before the end of May or November each year in electronic form. Candidates for this specialism must have a class available which they must work with to administer Diagnostic Assessments related to their project as well as conduct a Needs Analysis before they create a Course Plan for the specific group of learners.

Candidates for this specialism will be given access to a range of online journals, articles, videos and other resources,  but they should also be prepared to purchase some books themselves, especially if they do not have access to the CELT Athens library.
